What information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address and phone number, along with your order details (edition selected, optional add-ons and payment status). We may also record which page or campaign link brought you to the site (for example, UTM parameters such as utm_source or utm_campaign) so we can understand which promotions work.

How we use it

• To process your order and deliver the digital edition to you.
• To ship the printed edition, when you order it, to the address you give us.
• To contact you about your order, and to respond to support questions you send us.
• To understand which campaigns bring customers, so we can improve our promotions.

We use your contact details to send you order-related messages only. WhatsApp and email links on our site open a chat or composer that you send yourself; we do not send you promotional WhatsApp messages without your consent.

What we do not do

• We never see or store your card details, CVV or UPI PIN — payments are handled by the payment gateway.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• Order information is visible only to our order-support team.

Retention and your choices

We keep order records for as long as needed to deliver your order, meet legal requirements and resolve any follow-up questions. You can ask us to correct or remove your details any time by contacting us.
