The digital (PDF) edition is delivered to you after your payment is confirmed. If the digital edition does not reach you, or the file does not open, contact us and we will make it right — either by re-sending your copy or by refunding your order.
The printed book is shipped to the delivery address you provide. Shipping timelines for your location are shared with your order confirmation. If the printed book arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us with your order details and we will arrange a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
If money was debited but your order did not complete, contact us with the payment reference. We will check with the payment gateway and either complete your order or ensure the amount is refunded.
